MANILA, Philippines.  In line with the company’s commitment to ensure consistent quality, stag Philippines, Inc. formally appointed Carl Rosebrugh as Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Rosebrugh is no stranger to dealing with technological business solutions.  His impressive track record boasts of over thirty years of experience with technology; the last fifteen of which were focused on program and project management.  In fact, he spent the last five years of his service in the United States Air Force doing project management. After he left the Air Force, he continued working on program and project management; this time with companies focused primarily on military contracting.  He has overseen nearly seventy multimillion-dollar implementation projects around the United States and Europe.
