Qualifications:

Excellent written English skills
Excellent listening skill and ability to understand diverse accents
Must be detail oriented and passionate about quality
Willingness to follow directions and work in a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and the use of the Internet
Excellent typing skills (30-40+ words per minute)
Willingness to work on shifting schedules

Responsibilities:

Business transcription
Completion of time-bound tasks within specific quality and volume requirements
Efficient use of reference materials to enhance the performmance.
