Sales Manager

 

stag Philippines, Inc. is in search of a person to head up their local sales team. The position is very challenging, and involves migrating much of the sales and marketing responsibility from the owner to a sales team. The person chosen for this position will be expected to take over majority of the local sales efforts, building the stag brand and using existing contacts and connections to generate substantial and sustainable revenue from the local market.

The services offered to the local market are primarily custom development and integration services on the Microsoft platform. Our services include architecture and development of custom solutions, and integration of Microsoft .NET server products to meet specific business requirements of our clients.

 

Chosen applicant will be expected to pick up quickly where the company is currently with regards to sales and marketing efforts, and to conceptualize and actualize a Sales and Marketing plan in a very short amount of time. The applicant must be able to make difficult decisions on the fly, and be able to defend those decisions to executive management. We expect the chosen applicant to have very strong network in the top 1000 companies, and be able to generate strategic revenue quickly.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Marketing and Sales Plan: Responsible for the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
  • Direct Sales: Responsible for identifying qualified prospects and securing sales orders from those clients.
  • Building Sales Team: Responsible for staffing a sales team, assisting them to identify qualified prospects, and helping secure sales orders from those clients.
  • Collateral: You will be responsible for the production of sales and marketing collateral for stag products and services.
  • Client Liaison: You will be required to closely coordinate with the client for the duration of the project to ensure that they are up-to-date on project developments, all change requests are addressed and clarified, and that the client is properly represented to the Project Team.
  • Process Management: You will assist stag in developing our processes so that they are robust, flexible, and provide the best possible coverage for the required sales activities. This will also entail assisting in the development of the Selling Standards that are required to be followed in the sale of all our solutions.
  • Management: You will assist the management of stag in setting up policies and procedures in order to maximize the productivity of the company. Additionally, you will be tasked with helping develop strategies for the company that will enable and assist the company to grow.
